About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Fine Stone Works Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial record-keeping. You will be required to prepare cheques for payroll, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, and reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping:
    • Manage cash flows and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports as required.
  • Payroll Management:
    • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Record-Keeping:
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
    • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll management, and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computerized bookkeeping systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
