Job Title: Personal Support Worker - Nursing Care

Lanark Lifestyles Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, such as walking, standing, and sitting
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
