Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Body Painter to join our team. As an Automotive Body Painter, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged vehicle bodies, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute repair work to be performed, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components as required.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, achieving a smooth finish.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a precise application.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, restoring the vehicle's original shape.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, ensuring a secure fit.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, achieving a high-quality finish.
  • Repair or replace interior components, restoring the vehicle's original appearance.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a precise match.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in automotive body repair and painting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
