Qualifications

Education:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of repaired vehicles
  • Plan and execute repair tasks efficiently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Perform test drives to ensure vehicle handling is up to standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide guidance and instruction to apprentices
  • Replace and repair various body components, including doors and frames
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding and masking
  • Utilize tools to correct dents and imperfections
  • Remove and replace damaged panels and components
  • Apply paint and primers accurately
  • Repair or replace interior elements as needed
  • Fix damaged windows and windshields
  • Mix and match paint colors for optimal results
  • Use soldering equipment and fillers for repairs
  • Straighten frames using specialized equipment
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in automotive body repair.
