We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Painter to join our team at BODY LINE COLLISION LTD. As an Automotive Body Painter, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by applying paint and coatings to metal and plastic surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute repair work to be performed, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Replace and repair front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components.
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired, ensuring a smooth finish.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, ensuring a precise and even application.
  • Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place, demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
  • Apply primers and repaint surfaces, ensuring a durable and long-lasting finish.
  • Repair or replace interior components, including upholstery and trim.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors, requiring a keen eye for detail and color matching skills.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry.
  • Accurate and attention to detail.
  • Client focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
