About the RoleAs a Data Science Manager at Borrowell, you'll play a critical role in shaping our data science strategy and driving business growth through data-driven insights. You'll lead a team of data scientists and engineers to develop and implement cutting-edge data science solutions that meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data science strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver data science projects from conceptualization to delivery
- Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Build and manage a high-performing data science team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in leading data science teams
- Strong ability to develop and execute a data science strategy
- Experience managing the entire machine learning lifecycle
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
