We're seeking a seasoned Data Science Manager to lead our team in designing, developing, and applying Machine Learning models to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a multidisciplinary team in developing and applying Machine Learning models to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize AI use cases and implement solutions.
- Help build and maintain a high-performing data science team by providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Minimum of five years' professional experience in an analytical and innovative environment, including at least two years in management or coaching.
- Data science enthusiast with a background in a related field, including Machine Learning, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Understanding of underlying Machine Learning theory and the Predictive Modeling Lifecycle.
- Strong communication, time management, and work organization skills.
- A dynamic work environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
