About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cisco Voice Network Engineer to join our team at US Tech Solutions, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 3 support for Callmanager, Unity Voicemail, and Unified CallCenter Express
  • Participate in the upgrade of these systems to version 14.1, including planning, upgrading, and testing
  • Contribute to the planning for upgrading to version 15 for the above systems
  • Troubleshoot these systems at a level 3 capacity
  • Collaborate with Cisco vendors in case of issues
  • Document and/or update documentation for the above systems
  • Configure and maintain Cisco video servers (VCS and Expressway)
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco Voice infrastructure, including Voice Gateways
  • Expertise in Cisco Call manager, particularly version 12 and above
  • Good working knowledge of Unity and UCCx
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SBC and ECB is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Cisco Video servers (VCS and Expressway) and Cisco Video endpoints
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Session Border Controller (SBC)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Communication Broker (ECB)
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Operations Monitor
  • Experience with integration of PSTN telephone with TEAMS
  • Experience with Vitec (formerly Exterity) IPTV solution
