Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Business Initiatives team as Director and Head. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive business growth and innovation across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to execute strategic initiatives and drive business results
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in payments modernization and business strategy
  • Manage and oversee the development of business cases for new initiatives
  • Partner with Marketing and Global Communications to develop and execute GBP marketing strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or enterprise strategy role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Strong business analysis skills and data-focused approach to business case development
  • Expertise in payments modernization and business strategy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
