About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Business Initiatives team as Director and Head. This is a key role that will drive business growth and innovation across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development of business cases for new initiatives, ensuring a thorough analysis of financial opportunities and customer needs.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive work environment and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Develop and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, ensuring a strong bench of leaders for the future.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting or a comparable enterprise strategy role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and innovation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement business cases that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deep payments expertise and acumen, with a strong understanding of business and technology.
