Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Business Initiatives team as Director and Head. This role will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to drive business growth and innovation across our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to execute a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop business cases, and oversee project implementation.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in payments modernization, business strategy, and team management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, enterprise strategy, partnerships, and corporate development.
  • Oversee the development of annual profit plans, review financial statements, and ensure effective business expense management.
  • Partner with marketing and global communications to develop and execute GBP marketing strategies.
  • Engage with stakeholders across product, technology, design, analytics, operations, risk, controls, finances, and lines of business to influence change and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in management consulting and/or enterprise strategy roles, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in payments modernization, business strategy, and team management.
  • Strong business analysis skills, data-focused approach, and ability to develop business cases.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with limited travel domestically and internationally.
