Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of warehouse activities. This includes operating a Reach Truck/Order Picker or Clamp Operator to perform various tasks within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Reach Truck/Order Picker or Clamp Operator to load, unload, pick, put-away, consolidate, stack, and stage products and materials.
  • Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals and maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
  • Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts, ensuring proper stock rotation and reconciliation of inbounds with packing slips.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in logistics/distribution center is an asset.
  • Knowledgeable of RF systems in a logistics environment.
  • Basic math and reading skills to perform job tasks and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
