Job Summary:

Park Place Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuance, processing, and management of part orders, as well as all other assigned warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a company warehouse, ensuring efficient and safe working conditions.
  • Load and unload trucks, and handle all warehouse tasks, including the use of business systems to perform shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Read purchase requisitions, return authorization orders, work orders, and shipping orders to determine items to be located, picked, packed, and/or shipped.
  • Perform data entry of all inventory transactions, including receipt, shipments, stock adjustments, and transfers.
  • Maintain and validate inventory accuracy, and work with the warehouse supervisor to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Field Engineers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform weekly cycle counts, periodic, and yearly physical inventories.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
  • Hands-on PC experience, preferably with warehouse management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Demonstrated ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management systems and third-party shipping software.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet customer requests and shipping schedules.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
