Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Kozak Ukrainian Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
- Financial Management
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Human Resources
- Select and train staff
- Customer Service
- Ensure high standards of customer service
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong financial management skills
- Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Health care plan
