About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dami Sushi Japanese Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operational plans to ensure efficient service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
