Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service
  • Recruit and onboard new staff members
  • Establish staff work schedules and monitor performance
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Determine service offerings and implement effective operational procedures
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and necessary supplies
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
