About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at GKL Enterprises Inc. as a Restaurant Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and minimize costs.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
