Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee our pension services, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large teams in complex operational environments, driving process optimization and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans, achieving business objectives.
  • Manage the collection and preparation of information for plan rule changes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with 10-15 years of experience in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong background in client operations, process improvement, and quality assurance.
  • Advanced knowledge of the pension industry, including competitive climate and regulatory requirements.
