Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual maintenance plan to ensure the efficient operation of our plant.
  • Supervise the scheduling and assignment of daily duties for maintenance employees, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to expedite lead-time items and maintain inventory control systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of ongoing and preventative maintenance programs, including AMPC and Megamation.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations and providing training to employees.
Requirements:
  • Industrial Millwright/Mechanic trade certification or Industrial Electrician trade certification with a strong mechanical background.
  • Experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and e-coat processes.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate PC-based software and other manufacturing-related tools.
