About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Broker to join our team at Gallagher. As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client service to our Small Medium Enterprise clients. You will work closely with our Director of Client Solutions to drive the renewal cycle, handle day-to-day policy updates, and build relationships with insurers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a designated portfolio of small, medium, and enterprise business clientele
  • Evaluate accounts at renewal and take the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client
  • Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities and drive the creation of quality leads
  • Work with Account Executives on cross-selling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher

Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred
  • 3 to 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience ideal
  • Familiarity with coverages such as business package policies, Commercial Auto, E&O, D&O, Builder's Risks, and Cyber Liability ideal
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications/designations highly valued
  • Active and in good standing RIBO License
