Senior Front Office Operations Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of productivity and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze Front Office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Train, coach, and develop Front Office colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with Fairmont Standards, hotel policies, and procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to Front Office operations
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations, hotel procedures, and industry standards
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Valid Full Canadian Driver's License
