Responsibilities:

* Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality standards
* Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
* Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed business decisions
* Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and safe
* Enforce policies and procedures, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
* Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional service and support
* Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
* Smart Serve certification
* Proficiency in MS Word, Central Reservation System (CRS), MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a client-focused approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
