Physician Clinical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Clinical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Appletree Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our physicians and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Physicians and Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care, including triage, patient histories, and limited physical examinations.
- Schedule Patient Appointments and Coordinate Care: Schedule patient appointments, tests, and procedures, and coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up care plans.
- Manage Patient Records and Data: Ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and test results.
- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as registration, scheduling, and data entry, as well as provide basic IT troubleshooting and technical support.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, both verbally and in writing.
- Medical Degree: Completion of a medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software, as well as basic IT knowledge and familiarity with computer systems.
- Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities and patient needs, and provide exceptional customer service.
