Job Title: 3 Days Left Cook

At JL SUSHI & KITCHEN, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working on site. We do not offer remote work options.

Additional Information:

Please note that this is a 3-day left cook position, and you will be required to work on site during this time.
