Requirements
- Highly knowledgeable in business development and sales processes
- Strong understanding of estimating processes, including material take-offs, material costs, labour calculations, and productivity rates
- Strong presentation, negotiating, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of structural and platework steel fabrication, design/connections, modularization, and erection practices
