We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at GB PAINTING LTD. in a permanent position.

Job Summary

This role involves providing administrative support to the organization, ensuring that all tasks and procedures are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the organization, including maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating events.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in administration.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
