Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Work Plus Recruitment Ltd. as an Office Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:)
  • Establish and maintain efficient office procedures, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are delegated effectively;
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls;
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
  • Perform data entry and oversee administrative procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to colleagues and clients;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve office efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices;
  • Identify and recommend process improvements;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;

Requirements:)
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment;
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset;
  • Certifications such as CCNA or CPMS an asset;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) an asset;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed;
