Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and provide a best-in-class customer experience
- Develop strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, coworkers, wholesale, and trade representatives
- Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling product, stock replenishment, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards
- Perform job rotational duties, including repetitive lifting, standing, and processing customer transactions
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with the public and delivering exceptional customer service
- Be comfortable adhering to COVID safety protocols
- Be eligible to work in Canada and be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Agree to submit to a Criminal Background Check prior to commencing work
