Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our Stadium location in Edmonton, AB. This full-time role is expected to last until February 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, including receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
  • Clinical responsibilities, including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling, and recommendations.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community partners.
  • Inventory management.
  • Team member scheduling, training, and management.
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
  • Developing and implementing business growth strategies and plans.
  • Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
Requirements
  • A Canadian Pharmacist license and good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
  • Pharmacy management experience or minimum 2 years as a Pharmacist.
  • Fluency with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
