Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Operations Director to join the Government of Canada - Western team.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the strategic operations of our organization. The successful candidate will have experience in allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Lead the coordination of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish and maintain optimal working conditions for executive staff.
  • Represent the organization in official functions and negotiate on its behalf.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
