Strategic Technology Director for the Government of Canada

This role is responsible for overseeing technology strategies and implementing organizational policies across the Government of Canada - Western.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
Job Description: As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be accountable for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs. You will also establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in official functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority, and creating optimum working conditions. They will also be expected to work on site, with no option to work remotely.
