About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting and Financial Control Chief to join our team at 8781702 CANADA LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the company's financial performance is optimized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to support business growth and objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning and analysis skills
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in financial software and systems, including GAAP and SAP
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload.
