About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors
    • Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Knowledge of financial regulations and policies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
    • Knowledge of financial software, such as Hyperion and SAP
