We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, internal reporting, cost control, analysis, budgeting, and audit oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and implement financial models to drive business growth and profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Oversee the audit process and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate accounting and financial management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate accounting and financial management.
• University degree in Business or Accounting, with advanced degree preferred.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CGA, or CMA).
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Experience with Sage 2021 software is an asset.
