Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new customers and projects, as well as maintain current customer relationships.
  • Execute on leads generated from various sources, including association participation, Construct Connect, and CRM.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with effective temporary shoring/shielding solutions to suit their specific job.
  • Coordinate customer engineering requirements and site-specific requirements with our engineering department and operations staff promptly and accurately, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Effectively manage and develop multiple relationships both internal and external.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma with a civil engineering background an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the civil construction industry is an asset.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
