Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants
    • Ensure efficient use of kitchen resources, including equipment, supplies, and labor
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards
