Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Diamond Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of menu development and implementation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
