Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at YAS CAFE LTD.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to meet customer demands and preferences.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Train and develop team members to improve their culinary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control food costs to maintain profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and develop team members.
