We are seeking an experienced Batch Production Specialist to join our Compounding team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for maintaining high manufacturing efficiencies while delivering a quality product in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mixing and blending liquids to exact specifications
  • Coordinating equipment and facility requirements to meet short and long-term scheduling objectives
  • Training and developing junior staff members
  • Improving batch output and efficiency
  • FOLLOWING GMP procedures and guidelines
  • Ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to schedules
  • Pilot batch production and troubleshooting problematic batches

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field (desired but not required)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in compounding
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting capabilities
