About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, and external teams. You will recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests, coordinate with related teams, and ensure end-to-end handling of requests. Your expertise will improve customer satisfaction, and you will keep customers informed on issue status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and external teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Recommend and implement solutions for customer requests.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers regarding issue status.
Requirements

We seek a skilled professional with:

  • Familiarity with Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Experience in quoting technical products based on full cost models.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian Market, particularly Instrumentation and Analytical Products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or AutoCad (a plus).
  • College or University-related studies.
