Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products and services to effectively promote and sell them to customers.
  • Customer Success: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring customers leave the salon feeling satisfied and happy with their purchases.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Challenge and Growth: Embrace challenges and opportunities for growth, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and customer service skills.
  • Targets and Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Fun and Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is positive and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Positive, outgoing, and upbeat attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or retail, with a passion for beauty and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in using computers and technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Confidence, flexibility, and self-motivation to exceed expectations and achieve business objectives.
