Key Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet and exceed sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
• Work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Previous retail industry or guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty)
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview

What We Offer

The Estée Lauder Companies offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s)).
