Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Community Advantage Rehabilitation, a division of Lifemark. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients in the community to provide assessment, treatment, and education to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based occupational therapy services to adults and children
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address client needs
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote client independence and participation in daily activities
  • Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience working in a community setting, preferably with adults and children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with computers and electronic medical records
