Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at KIDZEE Child Care Centre & Montessori. As an Early Childhood Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote children's growth and well-being.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Assist with record-keeping and reporting.
  • Encourage children's creativity through various activities.
  • Engage children in storytelling, songs, and crafts.
  • Support children in developing healthy habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents and guardians.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and challenges.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and care for children.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • A combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
