Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Assistant to join our team at KIDZEE Child Care Centre & Montessori. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children's development to create personalized learning plans.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote overall child development.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators to deliver programs that support child development.
  • Assist with record-keeping and provide support to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Encourage creativity through various activities and media.
  • Engage children in storytelling, teaching, and crafts.
  • Guide children in developing proper habits and observing for potential learning or behavioral issues.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss child progress and problems.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Supervise and care for children.
