Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week at $45,000 - $60,000 per annum. The successful candidate will have previous experience working with young children, a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's developmental needs and create individualized learning plans;
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum-aligned activities and events;
  • Establish and maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters creativity, exploration, and discovery;
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on children's growth and development;
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with young children;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Physical stamina to manage a busy childcare environment;
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training;
