Job Title: Financial Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary.

Job Summary

The Financial Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including financial data and statistics
  • Compile and analyze data to support business decisions
  • Set up and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
