Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and information, utilizing manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Financial Tasks: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, document and prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
