Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Secretary to join our team at AMJ Campbell Calgary. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and vendors
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders
  • Compile data and statistics for financial reports and analysis
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems for financial documents
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and reconciliations
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial or administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced office environment and may be required to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
