Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at D ALLIANCE MOTORS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including route planning, scheduling, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Manage and Maintain our fleet of vehicles, including regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
  • Develop and Implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies, including health and safety, environmental, and transportation regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations, laws, and industry standards.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
